Early entry today since I’ll be heading off to a karate course up north at Staffordshire university for the weekend in about an hour and my phone is a pain to update tumblr with. :P We’ll be going to an indian buffet tonight.. a bit scary but I heard they had a huge salad station and tons of fruit so I’ll just fill up on mainly that to make sure I keep my intake under 450. A bit gutted since I love indian food. I probably won’t be able to weigh myself again until tomorrow evening.
